Submission Requirements

Before submitting, ensure all opportunities are complete and properly documented.

For Commodity Supply:

  • Clear product details, volume, and origin
  • Pricing structure and commercial terms
  • Full procedure (SPA, delivery terms, inspection, etc.)
  • Proof of allocation or supply capability
  • Mandate or authorisation documentation

Engagement

Due to the volume of submissions, we do not respond to every inquiry. Where an opportunity aligns with our active requirements, we will engage directly to progress discussions.

With Buyers

We source and present verified supply aligned to defined requirements, including product, volume, pricing, and delivery terms. Engagements are progressed with qualified counterparties and structured for execution.

With Sellers

We position products with credible buyers across our network, ensuring alignment on commercial terms and readiness before transactions proceed.

Review Process

All submissions are reviewed internally against current market demand and active mandates.

We assess:

  • Credibility of the seller or mandate
  • Validity and control of supply or opportunity
  • Alignment with buyer requirements and procedures
  • Legal, compliance, and execution feasibility
